Pythagameter was a commission for the Science Museum Late's. These evening events attract more than 4000 people per session. I wanted to create something that would engage with the audience and also inspire people to look further into the Pythagorean Tuning Scale. I took inspiration from The High Striker fairground game and adapted it to present the Pythagorean Tuning Scale. An air pump pushed a puck up the tube triggering the solenoids to ping the tuning forks. It was a very popular exhibit.
